Thanks for shopping at Bloom Market & Refillery — seriously, you being here matters. We built this place because our goal? Make sustainability feel like home. That includes being clear and upfront about how things work.

Product Use

We curate products we personally use and love. Every item is sold as-is, and we recommend checking ingredient labels to make sure they meet your needs.

We aim for simplicity, honesty, and openness — transparency is kind.

Refill Bar

Refilling should feel easy and enjoyable — refilling is fun. Policies can be too.

If you’re choosing to bring your own container and not purchase one in-store, please bring your vessel clean, dry, and ready for a fresh pour. (If yesterday’s mystery goo is still in there… maybe not that one.).

Bloom isn’t responsible for contamination from unclean vessels.

Returns

Refills are customized to you and your container, so they are final sale. Retail items (candles, mugs, home goods, etc.) that are unopened, unused, and in their original condition may be returned within 14 days with proof of purchase.

If something isn’t right, talk to us. We’re people-first, not policy-first.

At the end of the day, we are genuinely building something beautiful with our community (that’s you).
